The Director, Peter Hyman, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as an Associate of the Tax Institute of Australia.
Peter has more than 20 years specialist experience in taxation and financial matters, including working on some of the largest businesses and transactions in the world, to helping small business enterprises establish and grow.
Tax and Commercial Expertise
Peter's experience consists of working for several years with a Big 4 accounting firm in Perth in their Private Client Services and taxation areas focusing on corporates, family groups including private companies, trusts and in superannuation, before taking the role within the world’s largest mining company as a specialist taxation advisor. In that role, Peter was responsible for the tax matters for the mining operations as well as working large merger, acquisition, and divestment projects.
In 2011, Peter joined as a specialist taxation advisor to one of the world’s largest oil & gas companies.
Through these roles Peter has extensive experience in managing complex financial affairs for enterprises.
